Case Study - Ixana #7
Ixana #7 is a 6 bed all ensuite property. We purchased the property in January 2024 and refurbished it during the summer period. It is now a stunning 6 bed property and has achieved top market rents.
Case Study - Ixana#6
In 2023, we bought Ixana #6, a 3/4 bed semi that had been unoccupied for a number of years. We carried out a full back to brick refurbishment, added a ground floor extension and installed a dormer whilst carrying out an internal reconfiguration. The property hit the market in mid-September and was fully occupied within days. A group of 6 tenants signed up for the following academic year in October on the first viewing.

Case Study - Ixana#2
We purchased Ixana #2 in 2013, it was a tired 4 bed property with an unused basement. We converted the basement into 2 additional bedrooms and bathroom, and refurbished the whole property, including re-plastering, new kitchen and bathrooms, redecoration and new furniture. In 2021 we updated the property again, giving it a new lease of life. We have successfully rented the property with no voids (except the 2021 summer refurb) for 10 years.
